New Pastor Joins the CJC Family

Joining the Central Jamaica Conference family is Pastor Greg Anthony Baldeo and his family. Pastor Baldeo has been appointed by the Conference to serve as district pastor for the Mile Gully Circuit of Churches in Manchester.

Pastor Baldeo who is a son of our beautiful island, is married to Dawnette Lee Baldeo and has been blessed with two boys, Rashaun and Javar. He will succeed Pastor Winston Taylor who applied for a leave of absence / sabbatical.

This man of God has given tremendous service to the work of the church for quite a few years and will continue to reap the harvest laid out in the hills of Manchester. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Religious Studies and a Minor in Counselling Psychology from Canadian University College. He is also a candidate for a Masters degree in Christian Counselling (pending thesis) from the Victory Colleges International.

Pastor Baldeo has served as Pastor/Chaplain in the Alberta Conference for approximately three years. He has also held many evangelistic campaigns in the United States, Canada, Jamaica and Africa.

His other accomplishments would include being President of the Caribbean Association of Adventists in Alberta, and being very instrumental in the largest baptism held in the Alberta Conference at any one time. He has also served as the President of the Ministerial Association and was the brainchild of the first anti-drug march in Central Alberta.

As Pastor Baldeo and his family joins the CJC family, it is without a doubt that he will continue to give utmost service to the church and more so to our Heavenly Father. The Central Jamaica Conference craves your prayers and support as the work of the gospel is dispensed into the hearts of many within the constituency
